Could it be a necessity-see for someone going to Charlotte, or maybe more of the "provided that you prefer concept parks" spot? I wouldn't say Carowinds is often a "should-see" for somebody viewing Charlotte (it is not a very exceptional topic park), but should you be touring with Young children or
